G Sync 2560x1440 WQHD monitor...is my gpu sufficient?

Hey all! I'm interested in trying a G sync monitor. I play mostly wow and a little wot. I really like the Overlord Tempest x270OC IPS 120hz, IPS is so beautiful and I like this company - get a good feeling about Skribby. Anyway, my question is will my GPU, the EVGA 770 sc 2 gig handle this resolution on ultra settings or do I need to upgrade my GPU? If so, which Nvidia would you recommend?

WOW is not that GPU intensive as say, BF4 and Crysis. your GTX 770 should handle it just fine. having said that, i personally wouldn't use a 1440p monitor that runs on DVI. i prefer DP.

Why's that? For audio? I don't know much about this at all except color quality and angled viewing is great on IPS monitors and Overlord's can clock up to 120hz +gsync. Lastly this monitor is at a great price (if I can actually get one). I have separate amp and speakers for audio if that's the only reason...
