Hello all I have a Asus tuff gaming a17 2023 laptop with Ryzen 7 am5 and a rtx 4050 It supports g-sync but my problem is
it only shows that my laptop is g-sync enable with I go into Nvidia control panel, But my main monitor is a Asus VG27QL3A fast ips 1 MS 180 hz free sync and g-sync capable.
I'm using a Display port to Mini C port since my laptop only has a HDMI and Mini usb 4 ports.
in advance display my 1st screen is my laptop in my second is my main monitor In I don't know how to turn it on for my Asus monitor.

id guess monitor outputs are wired internaly through integrated gpu (amd) and not nvidia
you can confirm it once you click in nvidia control panel on "configure surround ,physics", there you will see which video outputs are wired to which GPU
example image:
0EM30000000UYaF

u cant change it in settings, its physicaly wired

in that case you would need to enable freesync in amd display settings

ok i plugged it into the other mini usb 4 ports in now both monitors show on Set up g-sync shows the right monitor as Asus and the second monitor as my laptop then at top it shows enable g-sync for full screen In i click that one had to turn on variable refresh rate
