Question G-Sync stops working due to custom resolution on 2nd monitor?

Hi
I finally made the jump to a G-sync monitor(ASUS ROG XG349C)
I run 3 monitors in total, 1. = 3440x1440, 2. 1080p, 3. 2560x1440.

G-Sync ran fine until I made a recent change to my second monitor, which was creating a custom resolution to match the other 1440p monitors.(Custom resolution was 2560x1440)
Once I enabled the custom resolution G-sync has failed to work with the main game I play, World of Warcraft.
Is there a known fix for this? I have done a DDU uninstall + clean install of the most recent drivers, this hasn't helped.

Any advice is greatly appreciated,
Thank you.

Instead of using a custom resolution, use DSR. You can use it to set a larger desktop resolution than what your monitor natively supports.
Is there a way to enable DSR for my second monitor? I can only find the option to enable it through manage 3d settings for my main monitor.

Thanks!

When you enable it, go to "Change Resolution" and select the second monitor. It should have the new resolutions like so:
