Question G-Sync vs. FreeSync vs. neither

So I just upgraded to a RTX 2080. I picked up this monitor while I was in Best Buy ($220 open box).

Pretty dam good deal considering 144hz and 1440p. However it doesnt have any syncing capability.

For $100 more I could grab this monitor which has FreeSync and a 1ms response.

Or for around $200 more I could get this. With actual gsync capability.

Which would be worth it? Is the extra $200 worth the gsync monitor, will FreeSync suffice? Or am I wasting my money with either?

I mean...
g-sync is pretty worthless unless its g-sync ultimate which that monitor im pretty sure is not
free sync can be used as normal g-sync now so that shouldn't be a problem

I would go for the free sync
but it depends if you trust your card to be always always above 144fps
if so, v-sync should be enough
