G1 Gaming 1060 coil whine + high temps when idle

I bought 2 weeks ago a g1 1060! Suddenly yesterday i heard a strange noise (coil whine) from gpu.I opened Hw Monitor and i recognized that my gpu when it was in idle started to rise temps without touching the pc.Fan stop led turned off and temps were keep rising until i turned the pc off.Also i switched the gpu to the second pcie slot and i had the same problem.The problem started 15-20 minutes after start up every time

I have heard of this issue i don't think its anything to worry about as its fairly common it seems to happen more with the cheaper reference cards sorry i cannot help am sure someone else has a more detailed answer

My first 1060 had terrible coil whine, I returned it for a new one which doesnt whine.

I sent it to RMA but i want to know if its an issue for 1060s or with which issue is related

i sent it back too!But the issue is not only the coil,are the temps too!
did you had issues with temps?

What models of the GTX 1060 do you guys have so i know to avoid that model i will be buying mine in a few weeks

coil whine can affect any card potentially, its just bad luck if you get one that has loud whine.
