G1.sniper 5 boot loops when boots is super slow

My pic gets stuck in a boot loop when booting from secondary bios where it gives codes: 15, 32, reboot, 19, 15, 36, 32, hold, reboot, then too many to count, ends at db, reboot, 15, 32, reboot, etc... (I have to clear cmos to get it booted here)

When booted from main bios boots up fully and like usual, but once in the OS extremely sluggish, and some apps just won't open and everything else is slow.

I attempted a reinstall of the OS - rebooted near end of reinstall and when I try booting keeps saying that a device is missing.

I removed all my HDDs and peripherals including graphix card and will still reboot with secondary bios. Kept only CPU and RAM connected.

My Specs:
G1.Sniper 5 motherboard
Intel Core i7-4770k CPU
MSI GTX 760 4GB Graphics card
G.Skill Ares (2x8GB) 1866MHz RAM
Lightning 1300 PSU
Samsung 840 128gb ssd

Ok I've isolated issue to being the motherboard - ram slots 1 and/or 2 stopped working so I'm using the other 2 slots now and everything is booting up and running fine

I am having almost the same issue as you but I still have not found the cause of the issue.

I have the same motherboard as you (Gigabyte G1.Sniper 5) and when I press the power button I get one beep as per usual which indicates POST is working but never gets to the BIOS. It gets stuck in a boot loop and shows 19, 15, 36, 32 then holds a moment and then loops, and this constantly happens. I know this is happens simply by looking at the HDD LED on the case.

The first time this happened I tried selecting the Backup BIOS by flicking the switch. This seemed to have worked but after shutting down and power up again I realised that didn't work. So I tried clearing the CMOS. That didn't seem to work no matter how times I do that.

What seems to get the system loading to the BIOS and not going through the boot loop is whenever a take out a RAM module or re-seat a RAM module. I initially thought it was a RAM issue because as you explain Windows 10 is loading extremely slow which is ridiculous for the money I've spend on the machine. So I tried running Memtest86 on a USB Boot drive all night and it passed and I also tried running a BurnIn Test and that passed also. So I'm not really sure if it is the RAM. I have even tried reconfiguring the RAM to different slots and swapping them over and using one at a time. So far nothing I have tried works because when I shut down and power up again it gets stuck in a boot loop.

So either the its a faulty BIOS firmware on both BIOS chips, or the BIOS chips are faulty, or maybe the RAM slots are faulty since the only thing that has a positive result its re-seating the RAM. But that doesn't necessarily mean that the RAM itself is faulty as the PC can actually boot up.

I still dont think its a RAM slot issue either because I still get the issue when the RAM is in either channel.

So if money was not an issue I would like to be able buy new RAM and a new motherboard just to isolate the issue.

Once I figure this issue out, I think after this I have had every single PC issue imaginable.

You might be looking at a ram slot or ram issue, if u have another PC try putting that ram in it if compatible, and see if it gives u the same issue, if no issue and works fine then you will need a new motherboard.

If bios is the problem (both of them, u will need to get a new motherboard


My ram slots on mine apparently didn't go all bad, which is why I was able to switch slots.
