[SOLVED] G2020 to replace with which one?

Hello,
I have the G2020, but it's slow using autocad programs.
I want to replace it with another faster, and this is my question.

My system is under windows10
motherboard ASUS P8H61-M LX R2.0
Graphics the AMD Radeon HD 5700 Series,
12 GB DDR3 RAM,
ROM 250 SSD and HD 500GB.

So, in my opinion, memory is too fast, and the CPU is always working at 95-100% !!! Yes, really!!

Can i ask you about your opinion for a faster and not the most expensive CPU?
Can you propose me maybe a used? is that a good idea? any link for this?

And more: my mouse port, in the back side of this desktop, is not working!
Can you tell me, if i can use any port or else, directly from the M/B to connect it?
Not the other USB ports, because i already use all of them.

a 3rd gen intel would slow down the autocad performance, also better make it 2x8gb to run on full dual channel mode.
an i7 3770K would be the fastest, 3770 would be the cheaper version, and E3 1240 V2 would be the cheapest option.

anyways, before you change your cpu, download this latest bios and extract it to your flashdrive (must be fat32), then uninstall all the processors (should be 24 on yours, also when it asks for restart, click on no) on device manager like this:

Then shutdown, replace the cpu, plug in the flashdrive to the usb port on the usb port for a while, then update the bios, after that boot to windows.
