I have an ASUS Rog G20AJ-b07. I upgraded from 8 gigs of ram to 16 today. RAM is Crucial Ballistix 2x 8 gig sticks rated at 1866. In the BIOS it says 1600mhz but in command prompt and CPU-Z/CPUID program both say 1333mhz.
I have the H97 Chipset / Motherboard and I cannot find any XMP settings that are changeable other than it greyed out saying "XMP 1.3". BIOS is updated to most current version as well and I am running Windows 10. There is no AI Tweaker in BIOS or anything Overclocking related that I can find.
Computer is supposed to support 1600 is there anything I can do to fix it? Is 1333 bad?
