Hello guys :)

If you're like me were having issues with your pots not registering as fully analog but instead just going 0 or 1 (on or off) I'm here to maybe help. After searching the net for weeks on end I never found anything at all that helped, but I was messing around last night and FIXED IT!! No thanks to logitech ofcourse, they ignored me for months on this and even social media :).

My friend sent me this video:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SV0kYPRLboE

Now I knew this wasn't the issue I was having, my G27 rarely shows as a Driving Force, but I was so desperate I just watched it anyway and listened to what the guy had to say. Everything he done was no use to me but I done it anyway.
At one point he turns his G27 into a USB input, do this and then go and check your pots again.
When I done this both my accel and brake were still broken, however a new problem had occurred which was my clutch was also now fully stuck on and unresponsive. This was good because something had actually changed.. I went back into device manager, clicked on the G27 wheel (NOT HID) and rolled back drivers. When I rolled these drivers back I think it took it all the way back to Windows 7, or just a complete fresh install because the window looked like an old controller window. Not one with the wheel on it AND IT WORKED! I then proceeded to load up RaceRoom and it worked! After months of moaning and asking for help, searching endlessly I had found a solution! I then installed the Gaming Software once again (not directly from the website, I found the older version) and overlayed it on top of that and it still worked perfectly fine. I really hope this helps someone else who was having the same issue as I was. Just to clarify:

STEPS:
Uninstall Logitech Gaming Software
Uninstall Logitech Profiler
> Control Panel > Hardware & Sound > Device List > Right Click G27 > Properties
> Hardware > G27 WHEEL > Properties > Change Settings > Drivers > Update Driver >
Browse Your Computer > Select Your Own > USB INPUT > Close
*TEST IT IN GAME CONTROLLERS*
Device Manager
G27 WHEEL (NOT HID)
Roll Back Drivers
*TEST* It SHOULD hopefully work.
