choose the hd7770 instead.

yeah that would be more than enough..get a 550W 80+ bronze certified psu and you are all set to go

go for brands like seasonic,corsair,antec etc.

one last question. let's say i upgrade both my psu and GPU. can i upgrade my 2 Duo to 2 Quad or my PSU needs uprgade again?

you can upgrade to the core 2 quad without a psu upgrade.

just make sure the psu is 550-600W and no less than that

Upgrade both gpu and psu.do not ever think a one second to put any gpu with that psu.if you plug gpu then your psu will be blast and also it will take gpu with it.

I haven't ever seen a psu blast in my entire life.
