G31T-M2 motherboard questions

Hi guys,first time posting,wanna ask u does my motherboard G31T-M2 has integrated GPU and if it does how could i 'activate' it ?

If there's a monitor cable connector on the backplate, it has that facility. To enable it over the add-on card, press whichever key the system tells you to use to access the BIOS or Settings and find the relevant entry.
