Let me be clearer, I'm buying a used tower pc from a shop or some prison from online forum.

Hp elite 8000
C2d e8400 with 4gb ddr3 1066mhz ram, with Intel q45 board and Hp casing with built in psu 320 w
For $62-68

G840 pro, asus Mobo without hdmi port n 2 slot for ram, local casing with sea sonic 350w psu (only this is imported by the shop even used) and 1333mhz 4gb ram $65

G3220 pro n asrock motherboard h81 pro Btc for $80, then I will need 4gb ram and casing n psu that will come around $120-140

Or i3- i5 second gen or go for i3-5 third gen.

For work, home, movies, streaming, accessing through other devices and to for movies. Maybe gaming if I have time.

If you want to game on it go for the i3 or i5 version, the other things can be done just fine on all of them.
Although i don't recommend the hp one, very very bad support for other components.

P.S. if you want to vame on it, buy a GPU

Sorry to ask again,

Now I found a seeker for used i3-4160 with international warranty which mean nothing here($90)
And i3-4150 with local 2.5 years warranty ($90)
And g3220 no warranty($30-40)

4160 is equal price of 4150 and I might squeeze him for $10 more discount for 4160.

With g3220 Seller he is selling asrock h81 pro Btc for total package $90 but can try to squeeze for $10 more
And with 4160 I'm can get this or asus h81m-k (no warranty on the board)
( no warranty on any board as they are used)

And lastly should I buy a used psu of sea sonic 350-400w or used antec 380w green, with used casing
Or just buy new 350w built in with casecom v94 or v93 tower

That will be expensive for me now. For psu, as my budget will be out. If ever needed I can buy it later if I go gaming

Thx u and I hope things work out fine since I will be using ups as well,
And how I gotten a great deal with local warranty for i3-4150 around $85.
