Case: Zalman Τ4 27€
RAM: Crucial Ballistix Tactical 4GB 1866MHz 42€ (1 stick, planning to get another one in the future)
CPU: Intel G325867€
MOBO: ASUS H81M-PLUS 58€
SSD: KINGSTON SSDNow V300 120GB 55€
PSU: Antec VP450P 42€

SUBTOTAL: 291 €

When money arrives, I am going to get those too:

1 more RAM stick 42€
Maybe an XFX Radeon R7 260X 2GB Core Edition 115€

TOTAL: 448€

Notes:

It's going to be mostly an HTPC for web browsing, movies, etc. and some gaming/editing applications if possible. (programs like Cubase)
I'll be overclocking the Pentium to about 4.2-4.3 GHz. I think it'll be enough.
I'll get the second ram stick as soon as possible.
I'm not sure about whether I'll get the GPU or not. (depending on my needs and system's performance)

I want some general ratings and recommendations, especially about the PSU and the MOBO. Thanks a lot guys!

It should be fine. I have recently built 6 systems using the same Motherboard/CPU combo you just listed, although I used G.Skills Ares for my RAM.
The Intel G3258 is a good chip for moderate use like you listed.

my suggestion for the RAM would be wait until you can get it all at once and get a matched kit. it saves potential headaches with compatibility issues.

I should add that for heavier gaming and editing, you might find the built in graphics on that CPU to be a bit limited. you might want to include a Radeon R7 260 in your build. its got good bang for the buck as far as entry level GPUs go.
