I personally have this combo G3258 overclocked to 4.3 GHz with strix GTX1050Ti and i must say it is a BIG bottleneck. 1050Ti is somewhat good GPU to run most modern games on medium . But this dual cored CPU wont even let you to play some new games. I had problem with Far Cry 4 (you cant play it without 4 cores because it is blocked), The Witcher 3 (you will experience massive stutter because of CPU), GTA5 (you will experience lags when loading textures), ) Mafia 3 (with this cpu it is unfortunately unplayable). Hovewer, if you play games that are not cpu heavy...

Hovewer, if you play games that are not cpu heavy (CS) then its good cheap combo. BTW overclocking this CPU wont help ... i tried some extremes like 4.6 GHz and still you wont see any significant FPS boost, because there will always be fps drops to 10-15 when loading textures.
