G3258 or G3258 Anniversary edition (G3258k) does it matter ?

There is no such thing as a locked G3258. Only G3258 that exists is the G3258 20th Anniversary edition.

if your looking for a locked version, then that would be the G3220.

They're the same chip mate - no difference.

The Asus h81m-plus is a better board though for over clocking.
