G3258 or i3 2100 for rx 460?

Hey so i'm making a budget build for my coisin. I'l ise an rx 460 and i have 2 options for the cpu a g3258 or an i3 2100. Which would be a better pair?

Eh.... Neither. Would wait until Athlon X2 960 or A12-9800 before building a rig for your cousin. Also, what is he using the build for?

Welp he's mainly playing csgo and siege but he also uses the pcsx2 emulator from time to time
