G3258 Ram Support

Hi, i have a G3258 CPU, it says it's compatible with 1333 ram... i was gonna get 1600 mghz ram, is that okay, still? Will it just be set to 1333?

Depends on your luck and mobo. A friend can't get his 1600 ram past 1333 however there are people running 1600 without problems.

So do you think I should be safe with these?

They're 1333, which i thought was slow and bad for gaming, but has a CAS of 7.

Those should be fine however there is no way to guarantee ram compatibility 100% unless you buy one of the ram sticks from your mobo compatibility list.
