Do i need to change my motherboard or something to upgrade my G3258 to fx x8 8300 ? also i have Amd Radeon HD 7770 and 8 gb ram

The G3258 is an Intel socket LGA 1150 CPU while FX 8300 is an AMD socket AM3+ CPU. Yes, a new motherboard would be needed, absolutely incompatible.

Yes you would have to change the motherboard.
However, you can upgrade to a new intel processor on your current motherboard (for much better performance)
