g3258 vs g4500

how does the g3258 vs g4500 or g4520? how much of a gaming increase would I see, or does it have the overclocking power og the g3258?

You should go with the g3258. Almost every chip can go to 4.2 Ghz with just a multiplier bump. I've made a few systems for clients using this chip and haven't had any issues overclocking to that number on stock cooler. Temps are very good as well.
