G3258 won't overclock !!

Hello guys! I have a problem with my new G3258, it just won't overclock. I have it on an ASUS Z97-K motherboard and I've set the core ratio to 40 (and sync all) and the voltage to 1.250 but it stucks at 3.2GHz although CPUZ shows the multipier 8-40. These are the results after 15 minutes of AIDA test :

What's the problem ? What should I do ?

both pictures show multiplier of x32.! are you sure you have set x40!? if so, are you running on high performance power plan? it shouldnt be a bios issue since all versions support your unlocked pentium as asus site states! https://www.asus.com/Motherboards/Z97K/HelpDesk_CPU/

Yes, I've set it to x40. I will however update my bios.
