G41M-ES2L -- No Post

As the title says, my G41M-ES2L won't post.
Here's a time line leading up to before it stopped working.

-Install a computer speaker because I didn't have one.
-Installed it, didn't beep at all.
-Pull of the front panel in anger after it didn't work multiple times, broke the power switch, REALLY BENT THE FRONT PANEL PINS.
-Bend the pins into shape.
-Put parts in a new case.
-Press power
-Fans spin, hard drives spin but DVD drive won't open. Nothing on screen.

I've tried both my dedicated gpu and integrated gpu but nothing shows up on screen.

Hang on,
I just unplugged my webcam and now I get continuous beeps.

I swapped out the 2gig stick for a 1gig stick and it POSTed. I then swapped out for the 2gig stick again. It POSTs but it makes a looooooooooong annoying beep.
