G41M-P26 motherboard is not booting up

Hi,
I have G41M-P26 motherboard, it is not booting up, no beep sound even if RAM removed, no display, nothing shows up on the screen, I have reset the BIOS by jumper settings, no result, please help regarding this issue, thanks in advance!!

If no beeps even without ram, the most likely cause is hardware damage. Either CPU, motherboard or PSU have problem,
