Question G41M-VS3 motherboard not letting ram run in 1333 speed

In the bios settings, I cant set the ram to run at 1333. I have tried multiple things but I'm not sure how to configure the bios or if it's even possible, the website of the motherboard says that I can run DDR3 ram at 1333 but I can't seem to find how.

You could've easily just posted your specs like so:

and then stuck on some images of CPU-Z.

The rams seem to to show to be running at 1064MHz. Have you tried working with more voltage on your rams> manually setting the speed and timing in BIOS? Speaking of BIOS, you might want to try and remove CMOS battery and replace it after 15 minutes.

Yes sorry this is my first time I didn't know how much info would suffice, I have tried setting the bios but it won't let me see the option for 1333 or at least I don't know how to unlock it. Would giving it more voltage not fry the ram? The ram says 1.5v max. I am also not familiar with setting the timing you mentioned
 
Increasing the DRAM voltage does not increase the memory clock speed. Leaving memory BIOS settings on [Auto} will give you conservative (SPD) Serial Presence Detect memory parameters. Leaving DRAM Frequency on [Auto} likely will not give you [667MHz DDR3_1333].

OC Tweaker Screen (page 28 downloadable manual)
In the OC Tweaker screen, you can set up overclocking features.

DRAM Frequency
If [Auto]is selected, the motherboard will detect the memory module(s)inserted and assigns appropriate frequency automatically. You may select[400MHz DDR3_800], [533MHz DDR3_1066] or [667MHz DDR3_1333].

Thank you for your response, I have tried setting it on auto setting also looked manually for the options listed and only see the first two 400 and 533 but no the option for 667 1333. When I leave it on auto and check the speed it defaults to 400HMz or 399 if I check with CPU-Z .
