You have a pcie x 16 slot and a pci slot.
If one of them is open, you can buy a wifi adapter card for that slot.
Alternatively, you can buy a USB attached wifi device.
Not knowing more, pick a device with a wifi antenna(not a usb button) It will have a stronger signal capability.
Since your motherboard seems to only support windows 7, verify that the new device is supported on win 7
