I get way lower fps than most of the people with that combo, I have this specs:

G4560
MSI 1060 3gb
1x8gb Hyperx 2400mhz Cl14
EVGA 600w Bronze 80+
and 1 intake and exhaust fan
Temps are fine and nothing is throttling.

GTA V: He gets around 90fps
I get less than 50fps
BF1: He gets around 85fps
I get less than 50fps

Sorry, please do not try and put a 4GB stick in with an 8GB. Unfortunately you need to pair them up or you risk all kinds of memory and speed issues. The fact that your CPU is running at 100% is a concern. Without more details I would look into getting another Hyper X 8GB stick, same clock speed and try to match the batch numbers. Also see if they have the NVIDA Physics installed and running. All I can think of is the game physics are crushing your CPU. And running at 100% heat becomes a real concern. Hope that helps a little.

When you are sitting on your desktop, not running anything other than what booted up with Windows, what's your CPU usage like? It should be very low, maybe not 0% but pretty close.

Also, I'd like to point out that you have a dual core with hyperthreading. This is fine for the most part, but games that need a quad core will require both your cores AND all four of your threads. A game like GTA V needs your CPU to itself. So check your CPU usage on the things you run while you game, you mentioned Discord, and see how much of your resources they are taking.

Also, Youtube channels like that are usually using clean installs of Windows with minimal crap running in the background. In the real world our computers get loaded with all sorts of software, and that will impact performance. I do not think your lack of dual channel is what's costing you performance.
