Hello, i want to know that can i get more than 60fps in PUBG or GTA 5? If i can, what are the settings? And will it bottleneck? Please reply.

According to this your cpu should average over 60fps but you will see drops under 60.

You can adjust games settings so your 1050Ti is well untilised, any bottleneck will depend on what settings you run.

you can get around 60 fps in pubg in low or medium settings. depends on where you are on the map, fps will dip inside the big cites so cqb will not be as smooth, open field should be no issue.

med+some high 1080p just dont expect to render far away (view distance).
