G4560 not POSTing

Hi everyone,

I have embarked on my first budget build, here is the specs
Intel g4560 Kabylake Cpu
Asrock h110m-hds revision 3
Crucial 8gb DDR 4 2133
Antec 450 VPF power supply
MX300 SSD

I am having troubles getting the build to post.

I have deducted that:
-The motherboard is update with the latest bios (p1.10 on bios chip, same as the latest one on the website

-Case speaker beeps 3 times when Ram is removed, therefore, there is something wrong with the cpu or Ram
-all fans are spinning

Are you sure BIOS is current?

According to asrock faq, three short beeps is:
Main memory read / write test error.
First - Try reseating the memory.
Second - Try one stick at a time in each dim slot.
Third - Try a second set of memory compatible with the motherboard.

Are you sure BIOS is current?

The bios chip set says p1.10 (image on the original post).
I checked with the cpu support list on the asrock website (also on the original post) p1.10 is the latest bios version that supports g4560 for my motherboard (h110m -hds rev 3.0).
