G4560 VS I3 7100 for gaming

Supporting hardware? GFX Card?

Let's assume you are pairing it with a RX 470. I'd opt for the 4560. You can Google your question and also search for your CPU and GPU combo at Youtube.

No mobo yet, but planning to pair it with B250m-A. Got a gtx 950 for free from a friend, going to buy 8gb 2400mhz and maybe an ssd if i choose g4560.

Skip the SSD. I would invest more into your CPU. Try for the 7400. What's the SSD going to do for your games? Decrease load times. It won't help your FPS 1%. Better performance vs a little time saved? I'd opt for better performance.

do you think g4560 can last at least 3 years?

It performs well now. That's what matters most. No point looking into the future IMO. The difference between a Dual core HT and quad core processor won't increase the gap more, the difference between both now is what it'll also be in 2-3 years.

I personally don't know what your conclusion is based on those tests but mine is the following:

If OP uses a 60Hz monitor, it means that no matter which GPU OP chooses, it'll be able to output 60 fps in most games if the GPU is strong enough. So, do you need a stronger CPU now? Don't think so.
