I have a 7200rpm (320GB) and a 5400rpm(500GB) HDD can I put these in Raid 0? Will it help speed up my system? (Windows load time and gaming - WoW). When I go into the bios I see both HDD and set them as "RAID" but how do I know if they are really in raid 0? On my desktop computer I have to configure it by pressing F10 to go into the raid manager.

You can put them in RAID0, but I don't think it will really benefit you.

As far as setting it up, when you enter your BIOS you have to set your SATA Controller to RAID, then during your POST/Boot you will be prompted to enter the RAID Configurator there you will create your RAID0 array by selecting drives and giving that array a name. Then you'll have to re-install Windows on that array.

Hope this helps,
Cheers.

How did you get a Q6600 in your G50vt?? It doesn't support quad core processors (unfortunately)
