G602 keeps freezing, reseting [not solved]

hi, i guess this problem started after i reconnected my mx518 and let my friend play game on my pc !:) sometimes my mouse randomly shows the dpi again and freezes, not moving when i move my mouse ! its not about antenna or anything like that ! it works good at far ranges no difference !
even when its so close !

no dude, you wont get a virus by plugging the wireless usb dongle/receiver to another computer.

it was basically to test the communication between the mouse and the usb dongle.

Wireless mouse are easy to troubleshoot.. please do the following:

Change batteries, put the usb reciever on a different usb slot or a different computer, re install driver.

If problem persist, theres probably something wedged in the dpi button on the mouse or its defective all together.

yes i got anansi and logitech gaming software ! didnt use to be like that, also now the both mouse and keyboard go crazy ! i had hard time getting drivers but if necessary i will delete them !

it used to be on same ports and i don't have any other free ports ! just 2 usb 3.0 (my keyboard uses 2)

btw whats even viewer

i will try that, but i tried changing batteries ! , batteries changed to 1.25v after 2.5 months of use !😀

btw, by drivers you mean the anansi sofware + logitech gaming software or the drivers in device manager?


EDIT: i just remembered it started after i pulled out my Mouse receiver to connect mx518 :! also logtech gaming software showed the mx518 setting!

didnt work 🙁 , btw after reinstalling LGS all my settings were still there

anyone ?🙁 i love my mouse ! something inside me tells me do a fresh windows install ! btw i dont have time for that! (im studying so hard for final exams)

number of times its happening is so much lower now ! it used to happen to often !

Even after reinstalling drivers... then the best and final move you can do is to connect the mouse to different computer and install all its supporting applications, if it doesen't work =dead mouse.
Else
If it worked. Your computer is suffering from an I/O conflict which could be hard to fix, because it could be caused by virus, malware and/or a program using the same inpit port.
Solution is to system restore, scan for viruses or to have the patience of ghandi to check every setting for conflicts.
Thus
The suggestion of people here to re install your OS, but its not recomended.

i got usb icon virus which made me do a fresh install and lost 90% of my backups!

why fresh install ins't recommended? i ran bitdefender nothing was found, (it didn't detect icon virus anyway) im trying malwayr's byte now

that sounds stupid but my brother uses he's phone, my father too, he's laptop is at work, i tell him to bring it today, my neighbors laptop is filled with collection of viruses!

i didn't used to have it and its not lag, its a mini dc! , my mouse just stops working for a second and shows dpi again ( havent happen till now , changed to usb 3 ! installed some new drivers)

also, im getting internet small dcs🙁 dont know why, i used my phone as a wifi dongle ! now after some time it just stops giving net for few seconds, dont know if its pc or phone prob

EDIT: ok my pc is really acting wired i also wont see webpages until i move my chrome windows or scroll !( i see only some parts of it when i scroll)

sorry, just wanted to mention my pc is acting a little crazy !

i use my phone which i connected to net using wi-fi and tether it to my pc using USB

i ment disconnect ! i get auto disconnect in 30 seconds and it stops exactly at 20.0 sec left at Team fortress 2 !

oh thats a normal intermittent connection. but if your still having problems (after making sure you're connected to the internet on your phone)..

you need to reset the wireless adapter on your computer.
on the system tray, just right click om the internet icon and click troubleshoot network.

my mouse worked fun for now, if its only present on USB 2.0, what does that mean? should i send m motherboard to warranty :O that requires me to re assemble my pc and remove cpu 🙁

btw i only see troubleshoot problems it only has 2 options:

I'm trying to reach a specific website or folder on a network

and other one has 3 options:

allow other pc to connect to this computer

connect to you workplace using DirectAccess
using a specific network adapter ( for example, Ethernet or wierless)

tried re enabling modem still gives me 0.2mbps or 0.4 mbps ! maybe its phone related problem!

found out something really weird ! Exactly every 20 second i get dc for exactly 10 seconds !

also what about mouse part? why does it freeze with sub 2.0 but now with 3.0?

but my reciver isn't usb 3.0 ! anyway i connected it back to usb 2, no problems for now ! ( it's been 15 mins)

EDIT: none so far, its fixed i think 0_o

damn it problem is back !!!! it was good for 12 days ! btw my batteries are now at 5% ! :O what a mouse ! took more than 3 months and finally its 5% 😀 i always left my mouse on expect when i went to sleep !
