g900 losing macro capability

Hello, I been using g900 for a while was working perfectly. recently my macros stopped working when Im connected over wireless dongle but when I connect with cable everything works fine. This is just a weird bug anyone got any suggestion to get around the problem.

my macro is to switch windows desktop from towards left and right. by clicking ctrl windows arrow keys.
I am on windows 10 and all my updates installed.

after talking with support found out there is a firmware upgrade just came out and software reinstall is working.
