I have G900 with latest firmware and software and all of the sudden the mouse wouldn't connect to the usb receiver. I restarted the pc, reconnected the mouse with usb cable and it fixed. However, the scroll wheel won't scroll any page after that. The click is fine, the scroll left and right buttons are working fine too. It won't work when I connected to usb cable as well.
I've done below to try to see if it is software or hardware failures but I don't know if there is a way to do a clean install of driver.
1. Removed g900 and usb receiver from control panel and restarted pc to reconnect
2. reinstall logitech software
I can scroll fine with other mouse so it isn't the pc problem.
It will take me couple of weeks if I redeem the warranty to get a replacement so if I can fix it on my own would be good. Any suggestion?
