GA-3CESL-RH (rev.1.4) CPU support

Hello everybody,

I know its old board but does anybody knows if it works with Shanghai or Istambul OPTERONS ?? I know the official specification i.e that it supports Barcelona but e.g. rev 1.5 of this board supports officially Shanghai so maybe rev 1.4 supports it also...
