i need driver for my gigabyte motherboard GA-8IPE1000 audio driver. please help, let me know the solution? thank you

You could try the XP 32-bit ones from here:

I suspect you would have BETTER luck with these drivers:
http://www.realtek.com.tw/downloads/downloadsCheck.aspx?Langid=1&PNid=23&PFid=23&Level=4&Conn=3&DownTypeID=3&GetDown=false#AC

The 30396K zip file from the above link at Realtek should work. Extract and run the setup file.
