i have the GA-965G-DS3 Motherboard, and i ordered some on sale (reduced something like $90) crucial balistix 1066 ram. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820148069 I later found out that the motherboard doesnt support anything higher than ddr2 800 (great....). Anyway i got a couple questions, first, HOW can you raise the voltage to 2.2 (the rating on the ram) and achieve the 1066 speed the ram is rated for. And is this dangerous for this particular motherboard. I dont want to overclock the ram higher than its rated for, i just want to you what i bought to the full speed it was built for. (ps. i know virtually NOTHING about overclocking, im looking for someone to explain the method if possible)
