GA-965P-DS3 don't remember OC settings

So I have GA-965P-DS3 motherboard and I tried to overclock it but everytime when I save cpu OC setting in BIOS and press F10 to save settings then pc make restart and after restart when I check BIOS then there is stock settings. I changed cpu mhz 266 to 334. After pc restart it's still on 266.

bios settings need the 3.0v cmos 2032 battery to preserve your settings over a power off.
Check that the battery is still good or replace it with fresh.

Then, the overclock is bad and the motherboard is resetting to something that will work.
I have long forgotten how to oc a Q6600.
Try with very minimal changes, one at a time.

I would try 3ghz at most to start with. Make sure you are not overclocking your memory. I have had that chip and board to 3.6. Is your chip "go" stepping?

I tryed 3ghz but pc is restarting and after restart it shows 334mhz but manual mhz button is disabled not enabled.

BIOS says that normal cpu volt is 1.3v
