GA-970-Gaming CPB Ratio mean what?

I have a GA-970-Gaming and a AMD FX-8120. The BIOS CPB Ratio default is 20, so does it mean my CPU ratio (multiplier) can go up to 20? BTW, the default CPU Clock Ratio is 15.5.

Don't mess with that. That (CPB) is actually the turbo speed of the processor 20X 200 = 4.0 that is the turbo speed of the processor.

Turbo frequency 3400 MHz (more than 4 cores)
4000 MHz (4 cores or less)
The full load speed is across all cores (the speed the processor works using all cores when stressed) the 4.0 turbo is not across all cores. On AMD you have more or less master cores and slave cores each core 4 of them also have a slave core similar to a Intel processor with hyper threading. It's a bit more effective than the Intel but the master and slave share the same lane.
If your going to overclock then use the multiplier and voltage to a extent (needs better...
It usually can go even higher, if it's selected at 20 it might be that it's just showing a value but the CPU settings are in Auto, which would ignore the ratio value you see. In your case, it's 15.5 because it's a 3.1GHz processor, 15.5 * 200MHz = 3100MHz or 3.1GHz. You can start going higher to overclock it, but read about it before you even consider changing those values.
 
I try wiki the FX 8120 and come across the value Full-load turbo 3.4GHz and Half-load turbo 4.0GHz so does it mean I can go max at 4.0? What does it mean anyway.
