Question GA-970A-DS3P slow internet

Hello, my buddy has a GA-970A-DS3P motherboard, internet drivers up to date but his internet speed is capped at less of 100mb/s. He tried with another computer using cable aswell in the same place and he was getting 500 mb/s.
Any suggestions??

I would try deleting the newest drivers and go from there and work you way to the proper driver

do you know what kind of WiFi card is being used? or is it a Ethernet connection ?
