GA-B75M-D3V Does NOT boot after taking out the CMOS Battery.

Hey guys,
For some reason when i changed to my new video card the PC wont boot anymore.
when i boot up i get this massage ,

Few things you should know,

• Repair doesnt work.
• I took out the CMOS Battery.
• Cant find the jumper on this motherboard
• I cant find way to make a BIOS Default restore on Gigabyte BIOS F12.
• Im desperate for an answer
