i have gigabyte GA-EX58-UD3R (rev. 1.6) mobo.. what will i set in the bios in order to maximize my 1600mhz memory? i think the default of this motherboard is 1066 for memory frequecy..pls help thanks...

It is not the MB default the RAM to 1066mhz, it is your cpu i7-9xx, like i7 920 http://ark.intel.com/products/37147/Intel-Core-i7-920-Processor-(8M-Cache-2_66-GHz-4_80-GTs-Intel-QPI)
So over 1066mhz, you need oc the ram too, up the RAM voltage in the BIOS but don't over 1.65V, if can't let memory to run stable at 1600 MHz speed, set it at the 1333mhz. I add 2 of OC guides here.
