GA-f2a55m-hd2 and corsair tx850 not posting

I have a TX850W PSU from corsair and a GA-f2a55m-hd2 mobo and it wont post at all. I have another older motherboard and that PSU works there. I have an older PSU and it works fine with either mobo (but not enough cables to use). Anyone have some ideas on how to figure out why the 850 wont work with the GA-f2a55m-hd2?

Does the GA-F2A55M-HD2 motherboard have a compatible CPU installed on it? (System won't POST if the motherboard or BIOS version doesn't support that CPU).

Which revision is your board - - rev 1.0, rev 1.2 or rev 3.0?

its rev 1.0, and cpu is A4-5300
i updated biios to F5B.
i was also able to post and go into windows with Tx850, and ran after awhile, when i got back it was mouse, keybaor and back panel off, but all the fans spining, but no video input, had to unplug the PSU cable to shut it down.
Sometimes it posts, sometimes it doesnt. Its really wierd, the TX850 psu works fine on my older parts tho.

Do those older parts include a different motherboard?

If yes, maybe the GA-F2A55M-HD2 is faulty.
