I'm sorry for my bad english.

I´ve bought a GA-G41M-ES2L Rev 1.1 and it doesn´t works.
I can´t enter bios, the MB recognize the CPU and the RAM. ( The CPU also is working with a lower clock ).
Then, when the Motherboard shows the details of RAM and CPU its just reboot and starts again.
I´ve tried to disconnect the HD and tested the CPU and RAM, but everything is working.
I´ve tried to clear CMOS, but nothing happened.
Please help me.

My config :
Intel core 2 quad q6600
2x Kingston 800mhz 2gb
GA-G41M-ES2L (Rev1.1)

You did it as I outlined above? No gfx card, KB, mouse? Same result as before; continuously restarts?
I'm beginning to think the board is bad.
If the computer is restarting after the POST screen, try unplugging the boot drive. You should move on to the "disk boot failure - insert system disk and press enter" message. See if that happens.

What are your system specs besides what you posted above?

I've already tried this, but it didn't worked.

Full specs:
Intel 2 Quad Q6600
PSU Corsair 400w 80 Plus White
GA-G41M-ES2L
2x kvr800d2n6/2g
HD Western Digital 80GB

I also have a GTX 750TI, but i haven't tested on this motherboard yet.

Which Rev is your board? 1.0, 1.1, 1.3, 1.4? (bottom corner of the board by the PCI slot)

Time to get serious. Take the board out of the case and set in on an insulated surface (like the box it came in). Connect just the CPU/cooler, one stick of RAM in the first slot, PSU, video connected to on-board (no card). Start the system by momentarily shorting the two pins that the start button would connect to. See if the system stays on. If not, tell us what happens.
