GA H110M S2H TMPIN2 Overheat ? Help .

Hello , can anyone suggest me an app from Gigabyte in order to see my motherboard's temperature ? I think that Hardware Monitor has a bug because my TMPIN2 is 30-40 Celsius but for 1-2 seconds it goes to 70-80 . So any other apps suggestions ? Thanks for your time !

Are the CPU temperatures normal? Do you have issues with your system? If not then don't worry about it; 80°C for silicon isn't an issue.

CPU core temperature, CPU fan tachometer, CPU overheating protection, chassis fan tachometer, chassis temperature, system voltage.

It appears you need to check the "chassis temperature". If you install the Utility, "System Information Viewer" it is probably there.

Yeah totally normal ~40 Celsius but what do u mean by saying 80 Celsius for silicon ?

Yeah totally normal ~40 Celsius but what do u mean by saying 80 Celsius for silicon ?

Components that get hot are made of silicon and they can sustain temperatures significantly higher than 80°C; unless you have issues, I recommend you don't worry too much about it.

Okay then , but what is TMPIN2 ? Is it the northbridge?

Yes for the VRM, but are you absolutely sure that software can accurately read all your motherboard sensors? If you really are worried, have you checked using the Gigabyte tools?
