GA-H110M-S2H wont boot

Hello.I just purchased Gigabyte H110M-S2H,Intel Pentium G4560 and GoodDram DDR4 4GB 2133MHz CL15.I have 500W power supply.When I put everything together,computer wil just turn on for 5-10 seconds,then turn off,and than repeat.I tried another power supply,another ram (Kingston Hyperx fury 8GB DDR4) and no changes.Does anybody knows what the problem is?

The motherboard doesn't have a BIOS to support a Kaby Lake CPU , you need a Skylake CPU to update it or send it back and get a B250 board , THOSE ARE YOUR 2 OPTIONS.

I tried it with my i5 6400 from other PC - no change

First - get your system to boot with i5-6400, then update BIOS to latest version, and only then you can use Pentium G4560.

When I put i5-6400 into that mb,it'll do same thing - turn on for 5-10 seconds and again

Check that article very carefully - step by step.
I'd suspect, that you have messed up with standoffs and motherboard is shorting out.
