Question ga-h170-d3hp compatibility problems

Don't know if its the motherboard or the gpus.

Tried an RX 480 4gb - black screen
tried RX 460 4gb - BLACK SCREEN

Anyone have similar issues with this motherboard.

In addition, after taking power cord out. The computer takes two cycles to boot which is annoying,

Does the system work properly with the integrated video controller? Both of those GPUs should work fine with your motherboard.

What are the specs for the rest of the system (make/model of all components), especially the PSU?
