GA-H170-GAMING 3 DDR3, actually supports ddr3 (1.5v) ram?

I have 2x4gb ddr3 ram , im planning to get a g4650 (lga1151) but i read that these 1151 cpus and mobos arnt compatible with ddr3 ram, then i found these:
GIGABYTE GA-H170-GAMING 3 DDR3
and:
GA-Z170M-D3H DDR3
those are "compatible" with ddr3 (1.5v) ram?

So you're looking for a CPU and mobo to suit RAM you already have?

Given the layout for said CPU and mobo, I would shut my eyes and get DDR4 with a 4-core Intel or a Ryzen, and a suitable mobo. You're talking a layout of £200 / $200 for CPU, RAM and mobo if you go low-end and you'll get a faster system.
