[SOLVED] GA-H55M-S2V ram upgrade

i have a pc with a gigabyte ga-h55m-s2v with i3 550 in it. im planning to get a memory upgrade (2x4gb) since my old ram still 2x2gb ( at 1333Mhz)

my question is, how many ram are supported on this mobo? (including the clock speed) and what is the best ram option (and recommended speed) should i get with this mobo? thanks!

with the cpu, stick with 1333mhz
