GA H55M-USB3 Rev 1.0 Board is rebooting continuously with Transcend Memory DDR3 1600 U

Hi,
I have the mobo GA H55M-usb3 rev 1.0 [1] it was working fine with current 2x2 GB , i am adding Transcend 4G 1rx8 DDR3 1600 U memory and system sometime reboots while booting sometime after 5/10 minutes. Does any one have idea if the U part is not ok. I tried removing all but one stik and only two stick and different slot but still have issues. Can any one help? please

Hi there.
The U part should be ok.
Try updating your BIOS to the latest version. It is possible that you have slight incompatibility issues.
