I bought a new GIGABYTE GTX 1060 3GB. Will my PSU handle this? It's maxload is 450W. My motherboard is GIGABYTE GA-H61M-S1 but I don't know much load that takes.

The HKC SZ-450LPDR doesn't have any PCI Express supplementary power connector(s) so it indicates that the +12V rail is too weak.

There are at least eight different GIGABYTE GeForce GTX 1060 3GB cards. What is the exact revision and model number of the card that you've purchased?

Some models require one 150-Watt 8-pin PCI Express supplementary power connector and the other models require one 75-Watt 6-pin PCI Express supplementary power connector.

Models that require one 150-Watt 8-pin PCI Express supplementary power connector:
GeForce GTX 1060 D5 3G (rev. 1.0) [GV-N1060D5-3GD]
GeForce GTX 1060 D5 3G (rev. 2.0) [GV-N1060D5-3GD]
GeForce GTX 1060 G1 Gaming 3G (rev. 1.0) [GV-N1060G1 GAMING-3GD]
GeForce GTX 1060 G1 Gaming 3G (rev. 2.0) [GV-N1060G1 GAMING-3GD]

Models that require one 75-Watt 6-pin PCI Express supplementary power connector:
GeForce GTX 1060 Mini ITX 3G (rev. 1.0) [GV-N1060IX-3GD]
GeForce GTX 1060 Mini ITX OC 3G [GV-N1060IXOC-3GD]
GeForce GTX 1060 WINDFORCE 3G [GV-N1060WF2-3GD]
GeForce GTX 1060 WINDFORCE OC 3G [GV-N1060WF2OC-3GD]

I've got the last one "GeForce GTX 1060 WINDFORCE OC 3G [GV-N1060WF2OC-3GD]".

Can you provide a clear picture of the label on the HKC SZ-450LPDR?

It is the power supply's combined +12 Volt rails continuous current rating that determines whether or not the power supply is sufficient to do the job.

Old power supply designs, like your HKC SZ-450LPDR, have a weak +12V capacity. More of its capacity is available on the unimportant +3.3V and +5V rails.

Thanks! I've found the problem, I had to update the Bios version from F7 to F9.
