Hello,

I have a GA-H77-D3H rev 1.1 motherboard with the firmware F15 and recently I got my first USB 3 device and I couldn't make it work on the USB 3 Ports.

This is the device: Sharkoon 5-BAY RAID Box

I have the Eltron and Intel drivers and the chipstet drivers installed, and I think the BIOS is correctly configured. I even updated it to the latest stable version.

I've tried plugging the cable before and after Windows startup and it does nothing. Sometimes, depending on the USB 3 that I use, Windows make a sound like it detected the device, but nothing shows up. In Drive Management the disk drives doesn't show up, so it's not a problem where the drives don't have a letter assigned.

I'd like to add that USB 2.1 devices work fine on the USB 3 ports and that the Raid Box also works fine plugged on USB 2.1 port. So looks like it's a USB 3 on USB 3 problem. 🙁

I took some pictures of the bios config so you can see if something is missing.

Thanks for the help!
